Redevelopment in Vilamoura
Rua do Sol/Av. Mota Pinto
Inframoura never stops and, fulfilling the function for which it was created, constantly brings about change, restoration, renovation, and redevelopment.
In the coming month of November, work will begin on redeveloping the mobility corridor between the Rua do Sol and the Avenida Mota Pinto. In the works to be done the pathway will be repaved in porous concrete and new urban furniture will be fitted, including lighting, litter bins and benches, in line with the general concepts recently developed by Vilamoura.
This further facilitates the movement of pedestrians and bicycles, broadening the layout.
The inclusion of public lighting, every 15 metres, along the pathway, will provide a more comfortable and safer route for all users.
With appropriate landscaping, the corridor between the Rua do Sol and the Av. Mota Pinto will strengthen the desire to live and socialise in Vilamoura.
Estrada de Quarteira
For improved road comfort and safety, Inframoura will pave the section between Av. Ceuta and the final section of the Estrada de Quarteira. Over 1100 metres of road where, in addition to renovating the road surface, signage will also be strengthened with the inclusion of lane marking devices and driver warning systems through dynamic panels. The safety rails will also be replaced and extended.
In Vilamoura the future is now.
